Both plans include an entry-level Xero subscription, sized for a typical one-person business. If you need a higher Xero plan (more invoices, multi-currency and so on), we agree that separately — no surprises.
The plans above are sized for typical one-person businesses. If you run a small company with employees or more complex needs, we price it the same way — a fixed monthly fee, agreed before we start. Tell us about your business and we'll confirm a quote.

How "no surprise invoices" actually works
Your monthly fee covers everything listed in your plan — including questions. Ring us, email us, message us; it's included, always.
If something comes up that sits outside your plan — catching up on past years, a one-off project, VAT registration — we tell you it's outside the plan, quote a fixed price, and only start once you've agreed it. You will never open an invoice from us and be surprised by what's on it. That's the whole policy, and it's the reason our clients actually ask their accountant questions instead of sitting on them.
