Who we help

Two kinds of client, one promise

Contractors & consultants

IT and management consultants trading through a limited company — often outside IR35, often wondering whether their accountant actually understands how they work. Our team's background spans consulting and contracting, so we do.

Sole traders & the self-employed

Tradespeople, personal trainers, freelancers and everyone else working for themselves. We take Self Assessment, bookkeeping and the "am I doing this right?" worry off your plate.

Running a small limited company with a team? We look after those too — the same fixed-fee approach, sized for your business. Just ask.

The fixed-fee promise

You always know what you'll pay

Traditional accountancy bills by the hour, which means every phone call feels like a taxi meter running. We don't work that way. You pay one agreed monthly fee, and it covers everything in your plan — including asking us questions whenever something's on your mind.

If something genuinely sits outside your plan (catching up on past years, say), we tell you before any work starts and agree the price up front. That's the whole policy.

  • Fixed monthly fees — no surprise invoices, ever
  • Supervised by HMRC for anti-money-laundering compliance
  • Registered with the ICO (data protection)
  • Professional indemnity insurance in place
  • Making Tax Digital ready — we work with Xero

How it works

Three simple steps

We talk

A short, free conversation about your situation — what you do, how you trade, what's bothering you. No obligation, no jargon.

We set you up

We agree your fixed fee, handle the paperwork (including collecting things from your previous accountant, if you have one), and get your bookkeeping running on Xero.

We keep you right

Returns filed on time, books kept current, deadlines flagged well in advance — and a straight answer whenever you ask "can I claim this?"
